At Oppol (www.oppol.in), we are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders delivered within India. We believe in making our handloom sarees accessible to customers throughout the country without additional shipping costs.

Delivery Partner

We partner exclusively with India Post as our official delivery service. India Post's extensive network allows us to reach customers in even the most remote areas of the country.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on your location relative to our fulfillment center in Kollam, Kerala. Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Kerala: 1-3 business days

  • South India (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana): 3-5 business days

  • West and East India (Maharashtra, Gujarat, West Bengal, etc.): 5-7 business days

  • North India (Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, etc.): 7-10 business days

  • Remote and Northeastern regions: 10-14 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery times may vary based on local postal service conditions and seasonal factors.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your India Post tracking number. You can track your package:

  • Through our website in the "Order History" section of your account

  • Directly on the India Post website using the provided tracking number

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to serve our international customers in the future.

Delivery Issues

In the rare event that you experience delivery issues:

  • Lost packages: Please contact us if your package hasn't arrived within 7 days after the maximum estimated delivery time

  • Damaged items: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged merchandise, including photographs of the damaged items and packaging
