Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

At Oppol, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handloom saree purchase. We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • A clear reason for return must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized sarees

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email help@oppol.in with your order number and reason for return

  2. Confirmation: Wait for our approval email with return instructions

  3. Shipping: Send the item back to our address in Kollam using a trackable shipping method

  4. Inspection: We will inspect the returned item upon receipt

  5. Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank (usually 3-10 additional business days)

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or design, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photographs of the defect

  • We will arrange for return shipping at our expense

  • You will receive a full refund or replacement based on your preference and product availability
