Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

Items damaged due to customer mishandling
Return Process

Confirmation: Wait for our approval email with return instructions

Shipping: Send the item back to our address in Kollam using a trackable shipping method

Inspection: We will inspect the returned item upon receipt

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or design, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective Items
